HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You can select Standard Mail or Express Mail when you check out.

EXPRESS AIR MAIL (FEDEX or EMS): It usually takes about 2~4 days to Most Countries.
STANDARD AIR MAIL (USPS or POST OFFICE): It usually takes about 10 days to Most Countries.

WHAT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG WITH MY PURCHASE, WHAT SHOULD ID DO?

First, you can contact us and we will check the tracking number of the shipment. Most cases will be solved by us.

But if the item you ordered online doesn’t arrive or is significantly different from the seller’s item description, you can file a dispute within 180 days of purchase and start a conversation with the seller.

If you still can’t reach a resolution with your seller, you can escalate the dispute to a claim and we’ll work with you on the case. If you meet the requirements of PayPal Buyer Protection, we’ll reimburse you for the full purchase price of the item plus the original shipping costs.
